• These terms apply to CHOFFERS.COM Products, including the mobile applications, websites, and services offered by CHOFFERS.COM worldwide.
• CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services and Third Party Services are made available to you through the App(s)/Website(s) Services. Both CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services and Third Party Services are classified as CHOFFERS.COM Products.
• CHOFFERS.COM provides CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services directly to you, and you contract with Third Party Providers for Third Party Services, with CHOFFERS.COM acting as an intermediary to facilitate your request and receipt of those services.
• These terms govern your use of CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services, whereas additional terms may be required for other CHOFFERS.COM Products.
• CHOFFERS.COM accepts Bookings as a private hire vehicle operator for private hire legislation and regulation worldwide to provide CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services.
• By accepting these terms, you also agree to abide by them.
CHOFFERS.COM is a private limited liability company which offers chauffeur services worldwide. The company is registered in Spain and has it’s headquarter located in Madrid. These Terms pertain to your usage and access of CHOFFERS.COM’s App(s)/Website(s) Services and CHOFFERS.COM Products. They set out the guidelines and conditions governing your use of these services and products.
Before accessing and using CHOFFERS.COM’s App(s)/Website(s) Services or CHOFFERS.COM Products, you must read and agree to these Terms. These Terms replace any prior agreements or arrangements you may have had with CHOFFERS.COM relating to the App(s)/Website(s) Services and CHOFFERS.COM Products.
To the extent that they do not conflict with any user and supplemental terms specifically applicable to CHOFFERS.COM’s App(s)/Website(s) Services and CHOFFERS.COM Products, these Terms apply. You will be required to agree to any such terms separately.
By using CHOFFERS.COM’s App(s)/Website(s) Services, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access CHOFFERS.COM’s App(s)/Website(s) Services. It is advisable to retain a copy of these Terms for future reference.
CHOFFERS.COM will communicate with you through push notifications, phone calls, text messages, or emails using the contact details you provided during your registration for CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile application. “Writing” or “written” in these terms includes push notifications, emails, and texts.
Unless agreed upon separately in writing, the App(s)/Website(s) Services and CHOFFERS.COM Products are available for personal non-commercial use worldwide.
CHOFFERS.COM PROVIDED SERVICES
Additional terms or separate agreements may outline the specific conditions governing CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services, excluding CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services. For CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services, you will directly contract with CHOFFERS.COM, the service provider.
CHOFFERS.COM reserves the right to accept or decline a request at its discretion. Upon acceptance, you will be notified through CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites. The corresponding terms or agreement will specify when a direct contract is established between you and CHOFFERS.COM.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
CHOFFERS.COM acts as a disclosed agent between you and Third Party Providers for the provision of Third Party Services, but does not offer these services. All Third Party Providers are independent contractors, registered businesses, or legal entities and are not employed by or acting on behalf of CHOFFERS.COM.
While logged in and within the service area of a Third Party Provider, CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites will provide you with information on the Third Party Services before you request them.
Third Party Providers are at liberty to decline, accept, or ignore a request. Upon acceptance, you will be notified via CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites, leading to the formation of a direct contract between you and the Third Party Provider (for Third Party Services).
You may be requested to rate the Third Party Provider who provided the requested services, and they may also rate you. Although your rating does not necessarily result in the loss of access to CHOFFERS.COM’s App(s)/Website(s) Services, Third Party Providers may view your rating on CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites, and it may influence their decision to provide Third Party Services to you.
The Third Party Provider is responsible for any liabilities arising from the provision of the Third Party Services.
CHOFFERS.COM obtains, processes, and shares your information in accordance with CHOFFERS.COM’s Privacy Notice. Additional privacy notices may be applicable, including those from third-party controllers, for CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services or Third Party Services. You will be notified when such notices are applicable to you.
CHARGES AND PAYMENT
Charges for CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services and Third Party Services:
i. By making a request through CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites, you agree to pay the relevant charges as indicated on the app/website and will be responsible for any charges or fees linked to your account.
ii. Charges may vary depending on the location of the CHOFFERS.COM Provided Service or Third Party Service and may be displayed on the app/website before you make a request. Sometimes, charges may depend on your usage of the services, and an estimate may be provided. However, the final amount charged may differ from the estimate.
iii. You may be charged additional costs, fees, or fines for the misuse or use of CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services and/or Third Party Services, such as cleaning or repair fees.
iv. If you are unable to use the CHOFFERS.COM Provided Service or the Third Party Service due to your action or inaction, you may still be charged.
v. After the service has been provided, you may be sent an invoice by CHOFFERS.COM or the Third Party Provider, which includes VAT if applicable.
For detailed information on charges, fees, and supplementary costs specific to the relevant CHOFFERS.COM Provided Service or Third Party Service, refer to the support section on CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites, such as Help.
Charges may be subject to modification from time to time on CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites.
Tips are not included in the charges. If available, you may pay tips in person or through CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites. CHOFFERS.COM will collect and remit tips paid through the app/website on your behalf.
Unless otherwise specified, all charges are due immediately after placing a request, and payment will be processed using the preferred payment method associated with your account. CHOFFERS.COM will then send you an email receipt. If your primary payment method is unavailable, a secondary payment method may be used. If payment cannot be made, CHOFFERS.COM reserves the right to continue attempting to charge the payment method.
Charges include applicable taxes, such as VAT, unless otherwise stated.
There are instances where cancelling a request for CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services and Third Party Services is not allowed once it has been accepted. However, there are certain CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services or Third Party Services where cancellation may be allowed, but you may incur a cancellation fee as determined by CHOFFERS.COM or the Third Party Service Provider.
If there are doubts about the accuracy or legitimacy of a request or the provided contact information, CHOFFERS.COM has the right to decline the request and cancel the CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services or Third Party Services. In this scenario, a cancellation fee may also be imposed.
Additionally, CHOFFERS.COM may terminate any contract between you and the company.

This statement means that you have the freedom to use the App(s)/Website(s) Services at any time, and you can stop using them by closing your account.
This statement means that CHOFFERS.COM has the right to terminate your access to the App(s)/Website(s) Services immediately if they determine that you have violated these Terms or any other agreement between you and CHOFFERS.COM regarding the provision of CHOFFERS.COM Products.
This statement means that CHOFFERS.COM has the discretion to terminate these Terms or discontinue the App(s)/Website(s) Services by providing you with reasonable advance notice in writing.
This statement means that if CHOFFERS.COM is unable to charge the relevant charges to your preferred payment method, they may suspend or remove your access to the App(s)/Website(s) Services until payment is made.
This statement means that if you terminate your account, you must pay any outstanding charges due to Third Party Providers or CHOFFERS.COM. These charges will survive termination, and CHOFFERS.COM reserves the right to collect payment after termination.
YOUR LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
You are liable for any damage suffered by us as a result of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App(s)/Website(s) Services and CHOFFERS.COM Products or your violation of any laws or third party rights. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account unless such activities are not authorised by you and you are not otherwise negligent.
In order to have access to the App(s)/Websites(s) Services, you agree to indemnify, defend (at our option) and hold us and our respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, penalties, fines, social security contributions and taxes arising out of or related to a breach of these Terms, breach of applicable law or third party claims directly or indirectly related to your use of the Third Party Services and the CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services generally.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
These Terms do not limit or exclude any liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
CHOFFERS.COM, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, workers, agents, and/or subcontractors are not liable for any loss of profits, sales, business, agreements or contracts, anticipated savings, use or corruption of software, data or information, damage to goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss arising from or in connection with the use of the App(s)/Website(s) Services and/or CHOFFERS.COM Products made available through the App(s)/Website(s) Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or misrepresentation), breach of statutory duty, restitution, or otherwise.
CHOFFERS.COM, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, workers, agents, and/or subcontractors are not liable for any damages or losses arising from any cancelled or unaccepted booking for CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services, any transaction between you and a Third Party Provider, the availability and accuracy of Third Party Providers’ content, products or services, or delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
CHOFFERS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, THAT ARE RELATED TO, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR OTHERWISE RESULT FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF CHOFFERS.COM HAS BEEN ADVIS CHOFFERS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITY, OR LOSSES CAUSED BY: I YOUR USE OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; OR (ii) ANY TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER, EVEN IF CHOFFERS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
CHOFFERS.COM and its affiliates are not liable for any business losses resulting from the use of App(s)/Website(s) Services, which are provided for private use only. If you use App(s)/Website(s) Services for any commercial or business purpose, CHOFFERS.COM will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not such loss could be reasonably expected to flow from our negligence or breach of these Terms.
CHOFFERS.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms periodically and will notify you of any changes within a reasonable timeframe. Your acceptance of such modifications will be assumed upon notification via CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications, websites, or email. If you do not agree with the changes, you can close your account as per Section 7.1. These Terms were last updated at the beginning of this document.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision(s) will be considered deleted.
We reserve the right to assign, subcontract, or transfer these Terms or any of our rights or obligations without your prior consent, provided that your rights under these Terms or by law will not be reduced as a result. We will inform you if such a transfer occurs. You cannot assign, subcontract or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations, except as agreed otherwise, as the use of CHOFFERS.COM’s App(s)/Website(s) is personal.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements concerning your access and use of the App(s)/Website(s) Services. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and previous agreements regarding your use of CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services, these Terms will prevail.
To access or use the App(s)/Website(s) Services and/or CHOFFERS.COM Products, you may need to agree to additional terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the separate agreement, the latter will prevail, unless stated otherwise in the separate agreement.
Except as provided for in these Terms, there are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
Based on the provided statement, if you have a dispute with CHOFFERS.COM, you should first raise a complaint using the contact details provided in the “About Us” section. CHOFFERS.COM will work with you to discuss a way forward to resolve the dispute, which may include mediation. However, CHOFFERS.COM reserves the right to refer the dispute to a court. CHOFFERS.COM does not commit to using an online dispute resolution platform to resolve consumer disputes.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Lawsof our designated countries will exclusively govern and interpret these Terms. If you reside in the our designated countries, you may initiate legal proceedings regarding the Services.
By using and accessing the Services through the App(s)/Website(s), you agree to these Terms.
If you access and use the App(s)/Website(s) Services in a different country, you may be subject to country-specific terms. You can find these terms by visiting the relevant page for your country.
CHOFFERS.COM may provide its mobile applications and/or websites under different branding depending on the CHOFFERS.COM Product(s) you are using.
Your access to and use of the App(s)/Website(s) Services
a. CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites are compatible with most modern mobile devices with internet connectivity and operating systems like Android or iOS.
b. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary network access to use the App(s)/Website(s) Services and for any fees charged by your mobile network provider. You are also responsible for obtaining compatible devices and operating systems, including any necessary software or hardware updates.
c. The App(s)/Website(s) Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” There may be limitations, delays, or other issues that are inherent in the use of electronic communications and the internet, and the Services are not guaranteed to be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. CHOFFERS.COM may suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of the App(s)/Website(s) Services for business or operational reasons. If possible, CHOFFERS.COM will give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
To use the App(s)/Website(s) Services in worldwide, you must create an account and register in CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites, and you must be at least 18 years old. The terms and conditions of specific CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services or Third Party Services may have different age requirements.
a. You must provide certain personal information, such as your phone number and email address, to register and create your account. To use certain CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services or Third Party Services, you may need to provide at least one valid payment method (such as a credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method). You may need to provide additional information and documentation, such as your address, before using certain CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services or Third Party Services.
You are not obligated to use CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites, and you may stop using them at any time without giving notice. Third Party Providers are also not obligated to use CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites.
CHOFFERS.COM may temporarily restrict your access to and use of the App(s)/Website(s) Services if there is suspected breach of your obligations or these Terms, including instances where we receive a complaint related to fraud. There may be circumstances in which we are unable to provide you with information about the complaint while an investigation is ongoing (by us and/or a third party such as the police).
YOUR OBLIGATIONS WHEN USING THE APP(S)/WEBSITE(S) SERVICES
When using the App(s)/Website(s) Services, it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and use the services only for lawful purposes and the intended purposes stated in the Terms. Misuse of CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites or attempting to defraud us or Third Party Providers is strictly prohibited. For further guidance, please refer to our Community Guidelines.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and using the App(s)/Website(s) Services. Your account is personal to you and cannot be licensed or shared unless CHOFFERS.COM expressly permits it. Additionally, you must not register more than one account unless given written permission, allow third parties to use your account, or transfer your account to a third party. You must keep your account information up-to-date, secure, and confidential. If you suspect someone else knows your login details or is using your account, you must inform CHOFFERS.COM immediately.
You are responsible for paying any fees or charges incurred through your account, resulting from the provision of CHOFFERS.COM Provided Services or Third Party Services.
When using the App(s)/Website(s) Services, you must not cause any nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage to Third Party Providers, CHOFFERS.COM, or any other parties.
Using the App(s)/Website(s) Services is currently free of charge, but we reserve the right to introduce a usage charge in the future. If this occurs, we will inform you in writing and allow you to terminate the Terms before the charge is introduced. If you decide to terminate the Terms, you will no longer be able to use the App(s)/Website(s) Services.
CHOFFERS.COM reserves the right to introduce fees for specific features on its mobile applications and/or websites, which may be subject to separate terms. You will be notified of any such fees and can decide whether to proceed or not.
WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY APP(S)/WEBSITE(S) SERVICES?
In case you encounter any issues with the App(s)/Website(s) Services or have a complaint, kindly reach out to us using the contact details provided in the “About Us” section mentioned above. We will be happy to assist you and address any concerns you may have.
DO NOT RELY ON INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON THE APP(S)/WEBSITE(S) SERVICES.
While CHOFFERS.COM makes reasonable efforts to keep the information provided through the App(s)/Website(s) Services up-to-date, we do not make any express or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content on our mobile applications and/or websites.
OWNERSHIP OF AND RIGHTS IN THE APP(S)/WEBSITE(S) SERVICES:
a. CHOFFERS.COM retains all rights not explicitly granted in these Terms. The App(s)/Website(s) Services, CHOFFERS.COM’s devices, and all data collected through CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites (including all intellectual property rights) are and will remain the property of CHOFFERS.COM or its licensors.
b. You are not authorized to license, sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, create, sell, resell, transfer, or lease any part of CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites except as permitted by law.
c. You are not permitted to launch programs or scripts that scrape, index, survey, or otherwise mine data from any part of CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites.
d. You are only permitted to use CHOFFERS.COM Names, Marks, or Works for the purpose of using the App(s)/Website(s) Services.
e. You are not authorized to create or register any businesses, URLs, domain names, software application names or titles, or social media handles or profiles that include CHOFFERS.COM Names, Marks, or Works or any similar mark, name, title, or work.
f. You are not allowed to use CHOFFERS.COM Names, Marks, or Works as your social media profile picture or wallpaper.
g. You may not purchase keywords that contain any CHOFFERS.COM Names, Marks, or Works.
h. You may not reference, use, copy, or claim ownership of CHOFFERS.COM’s Names, Marks, or Works or any similar name, mark, title, or work in any manner for any purpose, alone or in combination with other letters, punctuation, words, symbols, designs, and/or creative works; except as permitted in the limited license granted under Section 18.3 below.
Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable license to install and/or use CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites solely for your use and to access and use the information available through them. CHOFFERS.COM and its licensors reserve all other rights not expressly granted herein.
CHOFFERS.COM TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
CHOFFERS.COM provides transportation services in worldwide through licensed private hire operators. You will be contracting with the relevant entity that has accepted your booking. i. For passenger journeys in worldwide will accept your booking. You will be notified of the entity that has accepted your booking through CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile application and/or website.
To book CHOFFERS.COM services, customers can use various methods such as visiting the CHOFFERS.COM website, CHOFFERS Finder website, sending an email to email@example.com or calling on +34 644736317. The following information must be provided by the customer, regardless of the booking method:
• City where the service is required
• Date of service
• Time of service
• Pick-up location
• Drop-off location
• Passenger’s first and last name
• Passenger’s phone number
• Number of passengers
• Type, size, and number of large luggage
• Type of vehicle required (car, van, minibus, or bus)
• Number of baby seats required and the age of the children.
The booking process for CHOFFERS.COM services is as follows:
A. Booking done via CHOFFERS.COM website:
• The customer fills out the booking form.
• CHOFFERS.COM searches and assigns a provider to the booking.
• CHOFFERS.COM sends a pre-booking confirmation link to the customer.
• The customer makes the payment and receives a booking confirmation on the CHOFFERS.COM APP, website, or via email.
B. BOOKING DONE VIA CHOFFER FINDER WEBSITE:
Direct booking on provider’s profile page:
• The customer searches for a chauffeur using the search form, selects a country, city, and vehicle type.
• From the search results, the customer selects a chauffeur based on rates, reviews, experience, language, etc.
• The customer selects the service they require and enters booking details such as pick-up date, time, and address. They then make the payment and receive a booking confirmation via email.
BOOKING BY POSTING A JOB:
• The customer posts the service or gig they require on the platform, which is published on the gig listing page.
• Providers receive notifications of newly published gigs and apply for them by sending in their offers.
• The customer selects an offer and books the provider. They then receive a booking confirmation on the CHOFFERS.COM APP, website, or via email.
The following booking conditions apply to CHOFFERS.COM services:
• All rates offered by CHOFFERS.COM are fixed and include tolls, parking, VAT, etc.
• A courtesy waiting time is provided. For pickups from the airport, the first 60 minutes after the flight lands are free. For pickups from stations, the waiting time is 30 minutes. For pickups from homes, hotels, or apartments, the waiting time is 15 minutes. After the courtesy waiting time, CHOFFERS.COM charges 10€ for every 20 minutes of waiting time.
• Each extra stop of less than 5 km incurs an extra cost of 10€. For extra stops of greater distance, a quote is required.
• Services provided at night (10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.), Sundays, and holidays will have a 10% increase on the current rates.
• For hourly rate services, 25 km is included for every hour booked. For extra km, customers should contact CHOFFERS.COM as extra charges may apply depending on the type of vehicle.
• If traveling with a child under 11 years of age, the corresponding security device (e.g., baby seat) will cost €5 per device.
• Cancellation fees apply. For cancellations with up to 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the corresponding rate will be charged. For cancellations made 24 hours before the service, 100% of the rate will be charged.
• The storage capacity of the vehicles is limited. Customers requiring transportation of bulky luggage should contact customer service.
• CHOFFERS.COM does not cover theft, loss, orbroken luggage, so passengers are responsible for the safety of their belongings during the journey. Additionally, any extra expenses incurred due to unforeseen events, such as road closures, accidents, or other incidents, are not included in the rates and will be charged separately.
Regarding payment methods, CHOFFERS.COM accepts online payments with debit or credit cards, offline payments with debit or credit cards, and cash payments. It is important to note that the user is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to CHOFFERS.COM and for communicating any changes or updates to this information.

CHOFFERS.COM can only accept a booking request from a person that holds a private hire operator’s or booking office licence in compliance with the Legislation.
By requesting a Booking, you are offering to purchase CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services according to the Terms. CHOFFERS.COM accepts your offer when it issues written confirmation of the relevant CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Service via text message, email, or push notification from CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile application. This confirms the creation of a Contract for CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services related to your Booking. CHOFFERS.COM may decline a Booking request for any reason. If a driver becomes unavailable after written confirmation of the Contract, CHOFFERS.COM will try to find you another driver. If no alternative driver is available, CHOFFERS.COM reserves the right to terminate the Contract without compensation to you.
CHOFFERS.COM will provide you with estimated times of driver arrival and journey completion. However, these are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. If CHOFFERS.COM cannot accept your Booking request, you will be informed and will not be charged for CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services. Your Contract will end when the passenger journey ends or as otherwise may be provided for in these Terms.
CHOFFERS.COM will provide you with the price for the Contract, which includes VAT, if applicable, via CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile applications and/or websites before you place your Booking request. This may include relevant surcharges and/or tolls, road charging schemes, such as congestion charges, charges for low emission or similar zones, and road tax. CHOFFERS.COM may charge a different amount than the price provided for certain situations, including material changes to the pick-up/drop-off point, route taken, driver waiting time, stops or traffic. The applicable rates will be available to you via CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile application and/or websites. These may be modified or updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to remain informed about the current rates for transportation services. Additional charges may also apply, such as if you or any passenger soils, contaminates, or damages a vehicle. In such a case, you may be charged for the damage and a cleaning fee, as set out in the Community Guidelines.
CHOFFERS.COM accepts payments through methods that are set out on their App. When you make a Booking request, CHOFFERS.COM may need to verify your payment method by issuing a temporary authorization hold from your bank. If you think a payment is incorrect after CHOFFERS.COM has completed the CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services, please contact CHOFFERS.COM promptly to let them know.
You can make changes to your Contract through CHOFFERS.COM’s mobile application. CHOFFERS.COM will confirm if the change is not possible.
CHOFFERS.COM and its affiliates may make changes to its CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services at any time, including to reflect changes in relevant laws (together the “Booking Services”).
WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY CHOFFERS.COM TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

It is important to note that all private hire vehicles must possess and maintain PHV insurance in order to legally transport passengers. If your issue pertains to a motor accident, please contact us for your driver’s insurance details to proceed. Until all options related to motor accidents have been exhausted, we will not be responsible for any matters covered by your driver’s PHV insurance.
If CHOFFERS.COMor its affiliates are found liable for any damages related to the Booking Services or CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services, our liability will be limited to a maximum aggregate amount of £500, as permitted by law.
CHOFFERS.COMand its affiliates are not responsible for any business losses. CHOFFERS.COMTransportation Services are intended for private use only. If you use the service for any commercial or business purposes, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial damages, regardless of negligence or breach of our terms.
CHOFFERS.COMdoes not limit or exclude its liability in situations where it is illegal to do so. This includes cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and breach of your legal rights related to CHOFFERS.COM Transportation Services.
